Following on from the BrandOpus shortlist, there has been more success for level 3 students Kara Vicca and Becky Chesworth this week – who both submitted work to the Good (London) brief set by Lincoln alumni Darren Adams and Jim Campbell graduates from 1995. The students were asked to design a brand for a passionate cause – or the greater good.
Kara’s winning design Puppo – paws with purpose is a dog support charity that uses shelter dogs to help and support those going through issues such as bereavement. Whilst Becky’s Bloom & Grow is a community based project based that encourages members of the community to embrace the outdoors environment with a combined allotment and market scheme.
Meg Pickard (Tend), Beth Richardson (Wild Minds) and Megan Dixon (Insight) also made the shortlist. Jim from Good commented “We liked the way the students had taken on a lot of applications, whether print or digital… or even spaces. That’s how you test if a brand works or not”.
